As has been mentioned, the blurring of the wings isn't necessarily a negative. It's more a matter of taste.
Some prefer the sense of motion that's imparted.
Some prefer a crystal clear, frozen image.
Regardless of one's personal preference, I think that the blurring is not because of focus. I suggest that it is actually caused by a relatively slow shutter speed and amplified by a fairly heavy crop.
I know little about your equipment and nothing about your shooting style or the circumstances of this shot but I'd suggest that f/10 is unnecessary and you could increase your shutter a bit if you open the aperture.
But regardless of anything else. I too like the composition and the Eagle's pose.
